I am a certified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher and social worker.
Breathwork found me through my own healing journey when I was searching for a way to feel safe, regulated and connected in my body again.
Through the breath, I learned that healing doesn’t need to be forceful. When the nervous system feels supported, the body knows how to soften, release and rebalance.
Rebalance Breathwork was born from this experience and a deep desire to share practices that truly support healing — gently, safely and at your own pace.

At Rebalance Breathwork, I offer a range of practices, from gentle functional breathing and short daily techniques to deeper transformational breathwork. Each designed to support nervous system regulation, inner balance and healing.
I offer private and group sessions, and group events.
